HCRC is seeking a talented Speechwriter to craft compelling, persuasive, and leadership-focused communications. The ideal candidate will produce speeches, testimonies, and talking points that reflect organizational priorities and resonate with varied audiences.

• Draft speeches, testimonies, and talking points for senior leaders.
• Collaborate with leadership and communications teams to ensure messaging aligns with strategic goals.
• Conduct research to provide context and credibility for all communications.
• Revise and edit speeches based on feedback and organizational priorities.

• Proven experience in speech writing, preferably in federal, public policy, or corporate settings.
• Excellent command of language, tone, and rhetorical style.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
