Position: IT Help Desk Technician — Level 1 Support
A federal support organization based in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Level 1 support specialist with 2-5 years of experience in end-user support in a Microsoft-centric environment. Responsibilities include providing support via multiple channels and resolving issues within two business days. Required skills include Windows 10 troubleshooting, Active Directory management, and effective communication abilities. This full-time position operates during business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. local time, Monday to Friday.
