Test Engineer responsibilities include:

• 5-8 years QA experience, proficient in Agile methodology.
• Hands‑on manual and automation testing.
• Playwright automation framework experience.
• Expertise with Cucumber BDD, Selenium Web Driver, TestNG, Maven, Git Hub, Jenkins.
• Strong Core Java and SQL skills.
• Ability to work under high‑pressure and lead multiple initiatives.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Represents Quality Engineering team during project lifecycle, grooming, sprint planning, defect triaging, risk mitigation, root cause analysis.
• Assists QA management in data gathering for metrics and improvement.
• Active participation during requirements grooming to ensure acceptance criteria and comprehensive test cases.
• Plans test activities: design, sprint automation, regression automation, execution, defect tracking, coordination of functional and regression testing.
• Reviews, oversees test execution and automation execution.
• Serves as subject‑matter expert, improving procedures and guiding team members.
• Performs comprehensive testing to prevent defects in regression, end‑to‑end, client, and production environments.
• Translates QA, UAT, and business scenarios into automated regression test cases.
