• Own the vision, governance, and enterprise adoption of Verint Speech Analytics and Automated Quality (AQ)
• Optimize and design analytic categories, AQ scoring, rules logic, and compliance-critical requirements
• Provide insight leadership through reporting that drives improvements across claims, customer experience, operations, and sales
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Experience, Quality Assurance, Training, IT, and Contractor Relations
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, scaling automation and advancing predictive and real-time analytics

• 3–5+ years of experience leading Verint Speech Analytics and/or AQ programs
• Strong understanding of contact center operations, claims workflows, compliance, and customer experience
• Proven experience in designing categories, scoring logic, rules, and automation workflows
• Strong communication and executive-ready presentation skills
• Background in home warranty or insurance, and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau

• Experience in process improvement, quality assurance leadership, or program management
