Data Analyst, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
Are you a data analyst who loves working with workforce analytics? FOUNT has an opening on its Solutions team for a People Analytics Consultant. This role is primarily focused on serving customers in terms of data analytics, insight creation, results presentation, and advising customers on the business implications of their data; this role will also support product implementation, configuration, and utilization.
Our Solutions team works internally with the Customer Success team and externally with customer project teams and senior executives to help them measure, visualize, and understand data that helps to identify sources of friction and inefficiency in an organization – what gets in the way of people doing great work and having great experiences at work.
This is a fully remote role!
What You Will Be Doing:- Advising customers on survey scoping, implementation, and maintenance
- Collecting and processing customer data queries and analysis
- Configuring customer dashboard for data visualization and analysis
- Creating insight and results presentations to customer HR and business leaders to guide business outcome improvements in talent acquisition, retention, development, etc.
- Innovating and standardizing reporting processes and templates
- Creating and maintaining of advisory guides for understanding and using the data
FOUNT Platform content management - Maintaining data benchmarks
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Seven (7)+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead multiple customer data and reporting projects independently
- Proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
- Professional English skills, spoken and written
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, communicating complex topics clearly and concisely
- Ability to build a story from the data and use storytelling skills to elevate insights and drive customer action
- Customer service focus
- Experience in people analytics, HR data analysis, or a related role
- Strong understanding of HR practices and workforce dynamics
- Experience in project management
- Familiarity with survey platforms and programming (e.g. Qualtrics, Medallia, Glint, Perceptyx, Lime Survey, etc.)
- Familiarity with Azure Data Studio

Compensation:$90,000 per year
