A leading IT service provider is seeking a Network and Computer Support Specialist to assist with the Information Technology Services Desk at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Responsibilities include maintaining LAN/WAN infrastructure, providing technical support and troubleshooting network connectivity, and supporting data center operations.
