Broadcast Management Group (BMG) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day execution of marketing and communications across BMG’s core service lines:
Managed Services (NOC, Cloud Master Control & Transmissions, MAM), Live Production, Studios, and Broadcast Systems Integration.

This is an early-career role (ideal for 1–3 years experience) for a detail-oriented, technically capable marketer who enjoys shipping high-quality work and learning fast. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (operations, engineering, production) to coordinate digital content, email marketing, CRM support, social media, website updates, and campaign execution.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
  • Campaign Support (Email, Paid, Organic, Social)
    • Build and schedule email campaigns and newsletters to promote services, guides, and announcements.
    • Support marketing campaigns that drive inbound inquiries for Managed Services, Master Control, MAM, and Live Production.
    • Coordinate promotional timelines for webinars, events, case studies, and service launches.
  • Content & Communications
    • Draft, edit, and format short marketing copy (Linked In posts, email blurbs, landing page updates, announcements).
    • Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms (website, email, social).
    • Support press/news updates and internal announcements as needed.
  • Website / CMS Updates
    • Update and maintain website content (service pages, resources, locations, and basic SEO hygiene).
    • Upload and format graphics, PDFs, and resources (guides/checklists, case studies).
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep service messaging accurate as offerings evolve.
  • Video Content Coordination (Website + Social)
    • Coordinate production of short marketing videos (briefs, scheduling, approvals, publish plan).
    • Package raw footage and notes for the editor (titles, captions direction, CTA links, required blur).
    • Publish videos to the website and social channels with the correct page alignment (e.g., studios, MAM, master control).
  • CRM & Marketing Operations
    • Maintain lists, segmentation, and data hygiene in the CRM (Hub Spot preferred).
    • Support lead routing and campaign tracking (UTMs, form submissions, lifecycle stages).
    • Assist with reporting on campaign performance and pipeline activity.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track and report on marketing performance: email metrics, website traffic, campaign conversions.
    • Pull basic reports from Google Analytics and CRM dashboards and share insights with leadership.
  • Team Support / Coordination
    • Assist with preparing marketing materials (one-pagers, presentations, capability decks).
    • Coordinate calendars and logistics for webinars, shoots, and internal review cycles.
    • Help keep projects organized and moving (status tracking, follow-ups, approvals).
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Working knowledge of a CMS (Word Press preferred) and comfort making content edits.
  • Familiarity with a CRM (Hub Spot preferred) and list/data management.
  • Strong writing, editing, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with technical subject matter and learning new tools quickly.
  • Highly organized and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting B2B services marketing (managed services, technology services, production services).
  • Basic design skills (Canva and/or Adobe tools).
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools, UTM tracking, and simple A/B testing.
  • Experience coordinating video content (scripting support, shot lists, basic post-production workflow).
