Overview
The Business Analyst with Invoke Public Sector serves as a trusted advisor and liaison between government stakeholders, audit authorities, and technical delivery teams. This role is heavily focused on compliance-driven automation initiatives, supporting RPA and DU. The analyst will lead requirements elicitation, process standardization, and documentation efforts to ensure solutions meet operational, regulatory, and mission needs.
US Citizenship is a REQUIREMENT for this role
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for IRS-focused automation initiatives.
- Translate complex business processes into clear, auditable functional requirements and user stories.
- Support RPA and Digital Underwriting efforts with strong process mapping (as-is / to-be).
- Lead process discovery and fit-gap assessments to define business value and implementation priorities.
- Define success metrics, controls, and documentation required for audit and sustainment.
- Support stakeholder workshops, working sessions, and remote collaboration across distributed teams.
- Contribute to reusable standards, templates, and best practices for automation delivery.
- 2-7 years of experience in business analysis or process transformation roles.
- Preferred:
Experience with UiPath, or experience with other complex software implementations such as SAP, Service Now, Salesforce, cloud infrastructure providers - Preferred:
Experience working with Federal government, Department of Treasury preferred - Preferred:
Familiarity with document processing, OCR, or document understanding in automation initiatives.
- UiPath Automation Business Analyst Certification
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
