People Soft Quality Assurance Analyst (Treasury)

Must be local to DMV area and must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a government agency Clearance

Metric5 is seeking a People Soft Quality Assurance Analyst with an expertise working in Agile environment using JIRA on a COTS (People Soft) product.

• Analyze business and functional requirements for a COTS product (People Soft)
• Update Requirements Matrix to maintain traceability of requirements through the lifecycle
• Support troubleshooting, testing and training activities, to include documenting test cases/plan for user acceptance /stakeholder testing
• Document processes and team guides
• Participate in the daily scrum, sprint planning, testing, retrospective and sprint reviews
• Support activities associated with customer deployments (configuration setup, walkthroughs, testing, etc.)
• Interact with users and subject matter experts for requirements, design, and user test
• Collaborate with users, developers, and other analysts to resolve complex defects and issues

• People Soft experience is required
• Create, execute, and document test cases/results based on requirements provided
• Experience working with Agile software delivery methodologies and Jira software is required
• Experience with both manual and automated testing
• Map the requirements to test scripts and validate not only documented requirements but validate current functionality against identified business processes and test scenarios
• Handle multiple assignments based on directed priorities
• Excellent communication skills are essential

Agile and/or People Soft Certifications are highly desirable

Bachelor’s Degree is required

$100,000 - $120,000 annually

Must be a United States Citizen eligible for a public trust (or higher clearance) for this government position
