Salary Range: $117,000 - $140,600 per year

Ops Tech Alliance is seeking a Cloud Application Developer to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud‑native applications that power mission‑critical operations. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that prioritize performance, security, and compliance across both cloud and hybrid environments.

THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.

• Design and develop cloud‑native and hybrid applications in accordance with system requirements
• Integrate front‑end and back‑end components, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience
• Implement Dev Sec Ops  practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment strategies
• Collaborate with architects, database administrators, and cybersecurity personnel to ensure secure and efficient application delivery
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and maintain detailed technical documentation
• Ensure applications are compliant with DoD and IC security and development standards

• Current Top Secret security clearance with Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in application development using modern languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python)
• Experience developing in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Proficiency in working within Dev Sec Ops  environments and Agile development teams

• Experience with microservices architectures and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation
• Prior experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community applications
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Developer Associate, Azure Developer Associate)
