Company Overview

At Cary Health, we are committed to transforming the digital health landscape with a focus on expanding our digital pharmacy ecosystem. Cary Health was founded in 2017 as a direct-to-consumer digital pharmacy experience and has since expanded to be an expansive platform serving pharmaceutical manufacturers, health plans and health systems. The Cary Health platform includes our digital pharmacy experience Cary Rx, One Dash for population management and Clair, our proprietary AI model & copilot.

As a fast-growing company, we are looking for energized team members that are passionate about improving outcomes for patients through our platform.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Clinical Data Analyst to join our growing team based in Washington, D.C. As a Clinical Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in translating clinical workflows and outcomes into scalable, data-driven processes that power Cary Health's health technology platform. Your work will directly influence how our products support patient care, enable efficient and compliant pharmacy operations, and drive continuous product improvement and growth.

By embedding clinical logic into analytics and data infrastructure, you will help ensure our software delivers measurable clinical impact, supports rapid iteration, and scales alongside the evolving needs of our partners. The ideal candidate has strong healthcare domain knowledge, is highly proficient in SQL, and is comfortable owning end-to-end analytical workflows—from independently writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, to validating clinical data, evaluating interim and long-term outcomes, and generating insights that inform product and clinical decision-making.

You will play a key role in developing and maintaining analytics processes and reporting frameworks that enable scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement across our clinical products. If you are a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong desire to create innovative solutions, we invite you to be part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner cross-functionally with clinical, product, and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure accurate implementation of clinical logic
  • Independently write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries that power clinical workflows and decision logic within Cary Health's SaaS platform
  • Evaluate interim performance metrics and clinical outcomes to assess product effectiveness, clinical impact, and operational efficiency
  • Conduct analyses to identify opportunities to improve engagement, efficiency, and outcomes across Cary Health's digital health products
  • Support experimentation and iteration by analyzing results from pilots, feature launches, and workflow changes
  • Communicate insights clearly through dashboards, summaries, and presentations tailored to clinical, product, and leadership audiences
  • Translate clinical processes and requirements into scalable data models, analytics pipelines, and reporting frameworks that support product growth
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve patient outcomes, pharmacy workflows, and user experience through data-driven insights
  • Support clinical strategy and product decision-making by delivering clear, actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
