What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Identify and capitalize on revenue expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to uncover additional use cases for cross-sell and up-sell initiatives
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans focused on customer satisfaction and growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Enterprise software sales experience with a strong track record in customer expansion and account management
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage multiple stakeholders
  • Extensive knowledge of the data technology landscape, focusing on solution-based selling
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth within existing accounts
  • Strong organizational skills for executing long-term strategic account plans
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with data integration, databases, ETL, or business intelligence technologies is a strong plus
  • High energy and enthusiasm with a customer-first mentality
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
