The ideal candidate will have expertise in content design, strategy, and taxonomy management. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.

  • Governance & Quality Control:
Monitor site content for accuracy, outdated information, and broken links; enforce content life cycles and SEO best practices. Transform subpar or lengthy content into clear, compelling, and digestible web content. Assist with testing and troubleshooting.
  • Content Operations:
Develop and refine efficient content publishing workflows, documentation, and approval processes in collaboration with departmental SMEs and content creators. Partner with other web content strategists to ensure consistency across teams.
  • Analytics & Optimization:
Use data to track content performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Support internal teams by identifying content gaps and providing guidance on content development.
  • Accessibility & SEO Compliance:
Ensure all web content meets WCAG accessibility standards and follows SEO best practices.
