This position is for DISA White House Communications Agency at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, District of Columbia. This is an Excepted Service position and does not confer eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. If you are a current Federal Career/Career-Conditional employee, you will be placed on an Excepted appointment under 10 U.S.C. 1599f.

This position in the Professional Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure.

• Serves as Work Center Lead, change manager, government POC, Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and Technical Representative (TR) for all assigned projects.
• Develops and manages well researched and well documented project plans in sufficient detail to clearly define critical paths for all assigned projects.
• Provides oversight on key IT systems and services projects and contracted efforts.
• Ensures projects are scheduled and programmed in conjunction with DISA investment strategies, processes, and priorities.
• Develops and presents training on the operation and maintenance of systems to the IT staff.

• This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment. Failure to maintain security eligibility may result in termination.
• In accordance with the DoD 8140 policy series, the position is subject to completing Foundational Qualifications in 9 months and completing Residential Qualification requirements overall in 12 months.
• The incumbent of this position must obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance and eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
• In accordance with DoD Instructions 5210.87, Assignment to Presidential Support Activities (PSAs), the incumbent must be cleared for Category Two Presidential Support Duty based on a "Yankee White" Sigle Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).
• This is a drug testing position.
