What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Support Long Term Care Claims leadership with reports, data, and analytical insights
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather business requirements and develop dashboards
  • Create and automate dashboards in Power

    BI for tracking metrics and driving business recommendations
  • Build and maintain reporting using tools such as SQL, Spotfire, and PowerBI
  • Provide insight and data analysis for strategic initiative projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in developing SQL code in Oracle or Microsoft SQL
  • Strong knowledge of managing and analyzing structured data using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or Python
  • Proficiency in writing SQL and optimizing established SQL queries
  • Excellent analytic and problem‑solving skills, with a critical thinking ability to identify trends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Power

    BI and dashboard automation
  • Familiarity with claims strategy and related financial goals
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior management
  • Knowledge of data analysis trends and best practices in the long‑term care industry
