As an Application Developer specializing in Service Now, you will provide development and maintenance support for Service Now tool implementation and customization. You will utilize your knowledge of business and technical skills related to specific Service Now modules and scripting languages, such as JavaScript. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Design and Develop Customized Reports:
  Create tailored reports by applying code-level changes in the Service Now environment, leveraging the NOW platform s low-code/no-code capabilities to meet specific business needs.
• Implement and Customize Service Now Modules:
  Develop and customize different Service Now modules as required, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
• Provide Development and Maintenance Support:
  Offer ongoing support for Service Now tool implementation and customization, ensuring high-quality solutions and timely issue resolution.
• Utilize Scripting
  
  Languages:
  
  Apply knowledge of scripting languages, such as JavaScript, to develop and customize Service Now modules and reports.
• Leverage NOW Platform Capabilities:
  Effectively use the NOW platform s features to design and develop customized solutions, enhancing business processes and user experience.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the United States

• Service Now Module Expertise:
  Minimum 5 years of experience with specific Service Now modules, including knowledge of their business and technical applications, to inform development and customization decisions.
• Scripting Language Proficiency:
  Experience with scripting languages, such as JavaScript, to develop and customize Service Now modules and reports.
• Service Now Technical experience - ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Integrations and ITAM (SAM & HAM_)
• Low-Code/No-Code Development:
  Experience using Service Now s NOW platform to design and develop customized reports and solutions, leveraging its low-code/no-code capabilities.
• Service Now Implementation and Customization:
  Experience implementing and customizing different Service Now modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.

Service Now

Certifications:

CSA, CAD and CIS (ITSM, ITOM, and/or other modules)

• Advanced Service Now Module Knowledge:
  Experience with multiple Service Now modules, including in-depth understanding of their business and technical applications, to inform complex development and customization decisions.
• Proficiency in Multiple Scripting
  
  Languages:
  
  Experience with various scripting languages, such as JavaScript, to develop and customize intricate Service Now modules and reports.
• Expertise in Low-Code/No-Code Solutions:
  Experience designing and developing innovative solutions using Service Now s NOW platform, leveraging its advanced low-code/no-code capabilities to drive business process improvements.
