The AI/ML Lead Engineer is responsible for driving the development, deployment, and operationalization of artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. This role ensures that advanced analytics and models are effectively integrated into mission applications to deliver actionable intelligence and operational advantages.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML model development, from requirements gathering and data preparation to deployment and monitoring.
• Design, implement, and optimize advanced algorithms and machine learning pipelines for mission-critical applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise systems and workflows.
• Oversee data science initiatives, ensuring model accuracy, reliability, and compliance with security and data rights policies.
• Conduct research on emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance analytic capabilities.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices for AI/ML development and deployment.
• Support continuous improvement and adaptation of AI/ML solutions based on user feedback and mission needs. REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 8 years' experience in AI/ML implementation, including model development, deployment, and operationalization.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML algorithms, data engineering, and cloud-based analytics.
• Strong programming, analytical, and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship (required for classified work).
