Forward Deployed Engineer

Overview

We're seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to be the bridge between our core engineering teams and our enterprise customers. You’ll design, implement, and deploy AI-powered solutions in complex, real-world environments—working directly with customers to tailor our technology to their most pressing challenges.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an engineer who enjoys solving open-ended problems, working autonomously, and seeing their work deliver immediate value to clients.

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand business goals, data landscapes, and technical constraints.
• Design and deploy agentic AI applications—integrating our core platform into customer systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to inform roadmap priorities based on customer insights.
• Build connectors, pipelines, and custom interfaces that help enterprise data flow securely and efficiently into our platform.
• Prototype and deliver new use cases using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor—supporting pilots, integrations, and scaled deployments.
• Help shape implementation best practices, documentation, and reusable frameworks to accelerate future customer success.

• 3–7 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or applied ML, ideally in a customer-facing or consulting capacity.
• Proficient in Python, Type Script, or similar languages; experience working with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data processing.
• Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers, including C-suite and technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem solver who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.
• Experience with AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases) is a major plus.
• Bonus: prior experience at an AI, data, or B2B SaaS company, or as a solutions engineer or implementation specialist.

• Familiarity with multimodal content generation and document processing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools.
• Experience with API design and integration for AI services.
