Location: Hybrid – Washington, DC. Candidates are required to work on-site at the client or at the DXC office for 2 days per week.

Collaborate with consultants, advisors, and experts to develop and deliver tailored solutions.

• Design and develop technical solutions using People Tools and People Code
• Assist in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their technology challenges, and contributing to solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to design innovative solutions addressing clients' technology challenges
• Support identifying new business opportunities and contribute to client presentations and proposal development
• Provide insights and assist in executing the strategic direction of the Consulting Services division.
• Assist in project management, ensuring delivery within budget and maintaining client value.
• Collaborate with other departments for integrated client engagement and service delivery.

• DOD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role in consulting
• Proven experience:
  
  Competency in consulting with a history of projects
• Proficiencies:
  Basic knowledge of consulting methodologies, industry trends, and technology
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus (e.g., MBA)
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) a plus
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must have or be able to obtain an Active Secret Clearance.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $88,200 - $163,900.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
