* What You Will Do:

*** Develop, configure, and enhance Service Now applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
* Stay current with Service Now products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
* Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing Service Now implementations.
* Perform unit, system, and integration testing.
* Debug and fix technical problems.
* Support the development of detailed technical documentation.
* Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.
* Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration.
* Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of Service Now solutions.

* What You Will Need:

*** Minimum of FOUR (4) years of experience for mid-level developers and minimum of SEVEN (7) years of experience for senior developers.
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
* US Citizenship is contractually required.
* Experience in Service Now Modules such as HRSD, GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.
* Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Angular

JS), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
* Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels.
* Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions.
** What Would Be Nice To Have:
*** Experience working in an Agile environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
* Service Now certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD).
* Candidates with an Active "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
* Experience with Service Now automated testing framework (ATF).
* Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week.
* Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred.
* Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.
* General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
