This position is in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The incumbent plans, directs, coordinates, assigns and evaluates the work of IT staff responsible for supporting ERP business applications analysis and development.
Duties- Serving as a consultant to the business units on software evaluation; reviewing requirement traceability matrixes for accuracy and completeness, test cases and their results.
- Partnering with other OCIO managers to identify opportunities for system, process, and training improvements and leads the implementation of these enhancements.
- Overseeing projects, developing application support plans, prioritizing application maintenance requirements and scheduling work assignments; and assisting in the development, coordination, and administration of the OCFO's annual strategic information systems plan.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Seven (7) years of progressive work experience performing the related duties and responsibilities such as: providing oversight for the implementation, management and maintenance of a tax or financial system; leading technical planning and requirements; gathering processes for current and future IT projects; developing and implementing strategic plans, policies, procedures, and making recommendations related to new software applications; and one year (1) of work experience supervising lower-level staff.
WorkSchedule
This position requires a mandatory three-day in-office work schedule, with on-site presence required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays each week.
