We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified Security Operations Support Manager with a Top-Secret security clearance with Polygraph to join our dedicated team.

Job Summary:

The Security Operations Support Manager Is a senior-level position that takes ownership and is accountable for creating, organizing and implementing the strategies and data center security programs. This role is responsible for making sure that the related projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Work group leader for operation program management, Training and Compliance and EHS functions Leads strategic program and metric development and project governance Supports project management for key initiatives Standardizes best practices Coordinates process improvement across security operations Utilizes technology tools to improve work flows and measure work group effectiveness Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and best practices.

Conduct security training and awareness programs for staff. Provide technical support for security-related issues and inquiries. Stay current with emerging security trends, threats, and technologies.
