Position: Sr. Business Analyst with Security Clearance
Overview SR. BUSINESS ANALYST (HUDSN):
Bowhead seeks a Senior Business Analyst located in Washington D.C. to support the Department of Housing and Urban Developmnet (HUD), Enterprise Service Delivery (ESD) effort that will integrate and modernize various HUD program offices enterprise-wide services related to Human Resources, IT, Facilities Management, Financial Management, Acquisitions, and more. HUD's primary objectives are to enable the delivery of capabilities as a service, reduce existing technology sprawl through consolidation of various systems, digitally transform service areas with inadequate or nonexistent supporting technology, and drive HUD-wide technology and business efficiencies, all while enhancing customer experiences.

Responsibilities
* Manage multiple concurrent activities across projects with minimal supervision, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deliverable timelines.
* Own and develop project documentation, including testing artifacts, user training materials, and release documentation.
* Support and coordinate Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution support, and defect triage.
* Collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum delivery teams, leading/contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and continuous improvement efforts.
* Familiarity with conducting customer demonstrations on the Service Now platform.
* Familiarity with implementing solutions on the Service Now platform.
* Familiarity with JIRA or similar project/task management tool to track work, manage dependencies, and communicate status.
* Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvements.
* Demonstrate experience addressing customer and stakeholder challenges with minimal guidance.
* Demonstrate experience with organizational change management best practices and large-scale communications. Qualifications
* BS/A in relevant field
* Five (5+) years of business analysis experience
* Prior working knowledge of Service Now
* Ability to understand business processes and translate into technical specifications
* Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
* Scrum Certification required within 12 months of hire onto contract.
* Experience organizing and managing project teams or work streams on large engagements
* Demonstrated experience with organizational change management best practices and large-scale communications
* Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point  
* Possess ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite;
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Physical Demands:
* Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
* Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
* Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Public Trust level. US Citizenship is a requirement for admission to this location. #LI-KC1
