Marketing Systems Manager

Based in a leading global law firm with a distinctive market position, built on the breadth of its practice, deep industry knowledge, and a truly global “one team” approach.

As part of an ambitious global strategy, the firm is continuing to invest in its Marketing & Business Development (M&BD) function and the technology that underpins it. We are now supporting the firm on the appointment of a Global M&BD Systems Manager a senior role with genuine global remit and visibility.

The role

This is a broad, senior systems leadership position, responsible for owning and evolving the firm’s global M&BD technology stack, with a particular focus on Litera Foundation, alongside Inter Action and Introhive.

You will:

• Lead the global M&BD Systems team, working alongside an existing UK-based Systems Manager
• Own and continue to develop Litera Foundation at scale, ensuring it delivers real value globally
• Oversee day-to-day operational support, system optimisation, and data quality across M&BD systems
• Partner closely with IT, vendors, and senior M&BD stakeholders to deliver enhancements and resolve issues
• Lead global training, adoption, and change management for M&BD systems
• Influence future systems strategy, including the use of AI and automation to improve efficiency
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, including the CMO and Global Head of M&BD

Operations & Systems

This is not a one-off rollout role. It is about making systems work properly at global scale and shaping how technology supports M&BD across the firm over time.

What we’re looking for

This is a highly specialist role, and applicants should meet the following core criteria:

• Hands-on experience with Litera Foundation (essential)
• Experience working within a large law firm or professional services organisation
• Strong understanding of M&BD systems, data quality, integrations, and user adoption
• Proven experience leading or managing teams
• Comfortable operating in a global, stakeholder-heavy environment
• Able to translate between technical detail and business needs

Experience with Inter Action, Introhive, and Litera Concep is highly desirable.
