What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Direct and oversee the sales process for MIMO-MANET products within the US Army account
• Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the US Army market
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions to inform sales strategies
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities, regularly updating the CRM database
What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
• Prior US DOD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
• Deep understanding of US Army procurement and related agencies
• Knowledge of military C2/C5
ISR/EW/SIGINT applications
• Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain one within 12 months
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field
• Proven track record managing complex accounts in military communications
• Strong technical acumen regarding US Army tactical communications challenges
• Established network at Army program offices, commands, and installations
• Experience with MANET and/or radio solutions and familiarity with alternative technologies
