The Technical Business Analyst has the ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing/designing business processes. The Technical Business Analyst is expected to develop technical expertise in various aspects of the delivery lifecycle including:

• Helping identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases
• Work closely with business units to gain in-depth understanding of the customers business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates
• Serve as a liaison to the business community and technical team while participating in user and task analysis to maintain the business communitycs perspective.
• Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.

• Full lifecycle development using Waterfall, Agile
• Must understand client business needs, gathering user stories and requirements and the understanding of testing phases
• Must demonstrate knowledge with the functionality of applications and current computer technology

• Knowledge of working with federal clients
• Familiarity with SQL, and XML, environment a plus
• Familiarity with web and reporting technology is also a plus

• US Citizenship required
• Active U.S. Passport Needed

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

$73,500—$144,100 USD
