PositionSummary
The Temporary Global BI, Data & Systems Analyst will support Callaway’s global business operations by maintaining and enhancing enterprise reporting, data pipelines, and critical business systems during a period of diminished support. This role ensures continuity, reliability, and usability of reporting and systems used across multiple Callaway locations worldwide, including manufacturing plants, distribution centers, engineering teams, quality teams, and select external supplier sites.
Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and support Power BI reports used across all Callaway locations
- Manage report structure, navigation, data models, measures (DAX), and refresh behavior
- Support and troubleshoot reporting issues faced by teams across all Callaway locations
- Ensure reporting logic, calculations, and data sources remain consistent and reliable
- Manage and maintain data source requirements for global reporting, including data engineering using Azure & Python, Snowflake data warehouse, SQL-based databases, CSV, Excel, and SharePoint data sources
- Write and modify SQL queries to extract, validate, and shape data for reporting use
- Support automated data ingestion and refresh processes
- Perform data validation and root-cause analysis when data issues arise
- Coordinate with internal technical teams when deeper system-level changes are required
- Support multiple business-critical systems used globally by engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams, including global auditing, document control, and Power Automate workflows
- Data modeling and engineering skills using Python and Azure
- Strong experience with Power BI (report development, DAX measures, data modeling)
- Solid working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Hands-on experience querying Snowflake
- Comfort handling raw data files (CSV, Excel, SharePoint lists) and validating data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple systems, reports, and priorities across diverse business functions
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting reporting and data requirements across multiple, diverse environments (e.g., manufacturing, distribution, engineering, quality)
- Familiarity working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale BI and system platforms
