Our client is seeking a Net Suite Analyst on a temporary contract basis to support a critical Net Suite ERP implementation. This role will work closely with Finance, Operations, and external implementation partners to assist with system configuration, data validation, reporting, and user testing.
The ideal candidate has practical Net Suite experience, strong Excel skills, and is comfortable supporting an implementation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Net Suite ERP implementation, including configuration support and system testing
- Assist with data migration, data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation using Excel and Net Suite
- Build and maintain Excel-based schedules, mappings, and reconciliations
- Support UAT testing, including test case execution and issue tracking
- Create and update Net Suite saved searches, reports, and dashboards
- Help document business processes, system workflows, and controls
- Partner with accounting and operations teams to translate business needs into system requirements
- Provide post–go-live support, troubleshooting, and user assistance as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- 2+ years of experience working in Data Analysis or Implementations with Net Suite ERP
- Prior experience supporting or participating in a Net Suite implementation strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial data structures
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight project deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
