A leading IT service provider is seeking an experienced ITAM Desktop Tier III Technician in Washington DC. This hybrid role requires advanced troubleshooting, imaging, and configuration of IT desktop assets. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of help desk support experience for Windows operating systems and a solid understanding of endpoint protection tools. Preferred qualifications include ITIL v4 and CompTIA A+ certifications.
