A technology services provider is seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer - Tier 2 to join their IT department in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Windows administration, Microsoft 365, and advanced help desk support, as well as excellent customer service skills.

This is a 6-month contract position with onsite work required.
