Job Title: Cyber Ark IAM Security Consultant

Job Location: Washington, DC [Onsite Work]

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $55/hr on W2 OR $65/hr

Skills: Cyber Ark Conjur, secrets management, Privileged Access Management / PAM.

• Operational Maintenance:
  Monitor and maintain Cyber Ark Conjur and AAM environments; perform routine health checks, patching and upgrades of Cyber Ark infrastructure; ensure high availability and performance of Cyber Ark services.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
  Provide L2/L3 support for Cyber Ark Conjur, AAM, and CORE PAS; investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and performance issues; collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Integration & Onboarding:
  Support onboarding of custom web applications and third-party systems; assist in implementing and maintaining custom connectors; ensure secure integration with enterprise applications and databases.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
  Maintain up-to-date documentation for operational procedures and configurations; create knowledge base articles and SOPs for recurring issues and tasks; conduct training sessions and provide guidance to internal teams and customers.
• Security Compliance:
  Implement and enforce secure access policies for privileged accounts; ensure compliance with internal security standards and regulatory requirements.

• Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles.
• Hands-on experience with Cyber Ark CORE PAS, Conjur, and AAM.
• Familiarity with Cyber Ark REST APIs and custom connector development.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise environments.
• Experience in supporting and maintaining Cyber Ark infrastructure.
• Relevant Cyber Ark certifications (e.g., Defender, Sentry, CDE, Guardian) are highly desirable.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• 6 to 8 years of experience implementing and managing PAM solutions for an enterprise.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge across a wide range of technology domains and application frameworks; ability to quickly grasp relationships between disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills with strong business and technical vision.
• Self-motivated and accountable.
