Service Now Developer
Location:
Hybrid In DC- supporting federal agency operations Make an Impact Where It Matters Most Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a Service Now Developer to support a federal client in enhancing and maintaining Service Now platform capabilities across multiple mission areas. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions that improve service delivery, operational visibility, and security posture for federal operations.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and optimize workflows within a secure and scalable environment. What You'll Do As a Service Now Developer, you will:
* Design, configure, and customize Service Now applications to meet business and technical requirements.
* Develop solutions across one or more of the following modules: ITSM, ITOM, Sec Ops, IRM, and SAM.
* Implement integrations between Service Now and external systems to streamline workflows.
* Support the deployment and optimization of Now Assist features to enable AI-driven automation and insights.
* Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues to maintain high availability and performance.
* Collaborate with system administrators, analysts, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with mission needs.
* Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes. Schedule & Shift Details
* Full-time (40 hours/week)
* Hybird work; support required during standard East Coast business hours Requirements
* U.S. Citizenship required
* Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience developing and maintaining Service Now applications
* Active Service Now Developer Certification required
* Demonstrated experience with one or more of the following:
* IT Service Management (ITSM)
* IT Operations Management (ITOM)
* Security Operations (Sec Ops)
* Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
* Software Asset Management (SAM)
