We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Agile Methodologies, extensive experience configuring and customizing Jira, and a proven track record of managing user stories effectively. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile processes, mentor team members, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience configuring and customizing Jira.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Excellent in managing user stories throughout the Agile lifecycle.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
