  • Participate in and facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and program-level retrospectives
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with portfolio strategy and business goals
  • Track milestones and deliverables; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Serve as a point of escalation for issues spanning multiple teams or requiring enterprise-level resolution
  • Ensure technical solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives
  • Leverage technical expertise to support teams in resolving complex technical challenges
  • Promote Agile and Lean best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Review and ensure quality of deliverables through disciplined SDLC practices, CI/CD adoption, and adherence to quality standards
  • Manage integration of vendor tasks and review third-party deliverables for compliance and performance
  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure program health and drive performance improvements
  • Work closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure delivered solutions meet mission needs

  • Willing and able to commute to D.C. as required
  • U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • Experience managing functional teams of 20–25 resources
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or FAC-PPM certification
  • SAFe Agile certification
  • Experience with the Salesforce platform
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and solve complex, non-routine technical and managerial challenges
Preferred Qualifications :

  • Agile, project management, or technical certifications

  • Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies
  • Comprehensive benefits for you and your family
  • A career path that rewards ambition and performance
