Your role and responsibilities

As an IBM Innovation Studio Professional:
Client & Partner Engagement, you will own and manage end-to-end client engagements, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will work closely with other engagement team members to ensure seamless delivery of the overall client experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Client Engagements:
    Oversee end-to-end client engagements, from building the team to leading workshops, ensuring seamless delivery of the overall client experience.
  • Develop and Deliver Presentations:
    Create and deliver exceptional presentations, utilizing outstanding facilitation and active listening skills to drive client engagement and understanding.
  • Collaborate with Engagement Teams:
    Work closely with other engagement team members to ensure alignment and effective delivery of client experiences, leveraging strong collaboration and consulting skills.
  • Drive Business Development:
    Utilize consultative selling and business development skills to identify opportunities and drive growth, possessing a sense of urgency in terms of follow-up.
  • Analyze and Optimize:
    Apply analytical and data-driven approaches to optimize client engagements, demonstrating a high degree of situational and emotional awareness.
Required technical and professional expertise

At least 5 years of experience:

  • Broad Knowledge of IBM Products and Solutions:
    Possess a deep understanding of IBM's portfolio, including current technology trends and co-creation processes, to effectively manage end-to-end client engagements.
  • Exceptional Presentation Development and Delivery:
    Have experience in creating and delivering high-quality presentations, leveraging outstanding facilitation and active listening skills to drive client engagement and understanding.
  • Strong Collaboration and Consulting

    Skills:

    Demonstrate expertise in working collaboratively with engagement teams to ensure seamless delivery of client experiences, utilizing strong consulting skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Consultative Selling and Business Development:
    Possess experience in identifying opportunities and driving growth through consultative selling and business development, with a sense of urgency in terms of follow-up.
  • Data-Driven Analysis and Optimization:
    Apply analytical and data-driven approaches to optimize client engagements, demonstrating a high degree of situational and emotional awareness.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Broad Technology Trend Knowledge:
    Deep expertise in current technology trends and co-creation processes, enabling effective management of end-to-end client engagements and driving business outcomes.
  • Advanced Data Analysis:
    Experience with data-driven analysis and optimization techniques, demonstrating a high degree of situational and emotional awareness to inform client engagement strategies.
  • Strategic Business Acumen:
    Deep understanding of business development principles and practices, with expertise in identifying opportunities and driving growth through consultative selling and strategic planning.
