Overview
All Native Group is looking to fill the position for Subject Matter Expert (SME). The SME Labor Category is a key resource within TWD. TWD engages in multiple large-scale ongoing remediation, retrofit, and new buildout efforts throughout managed networks that will require comprehensive project management support and technical expertise. The SME will support these efforts and offer thought leadership to current subject matter specialists and engineers.
Responsibilities- Serve as primary technical POC for government customer Division Level leadership to ensure mission objectives and strategic/technical vision are executed.
- Provide strategic thought leadership and support on forward-leaning technologies that support the Division's mission and objectives, and the Office and Bureau goals and objectives.
- Provide project and portfolio management for Division Level strategic/forward-leaning initiatives and projects.
- Lead and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs), Pilots, Authority to Test, and Analysis of Alternatives as it relates to Enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Provide technical management and strategic guidance to SMEs in areas including enterprise data networking, UC (unified communications), WiFi, and cloud-related UCaaS, CCaaS, and SaaS platforms.
- Create and author artifacts related to technical and strategic initiatives, such as Executive-level briefings, Technology Roadmaps, COA plans, weekly activity reports, strategic articles, Pilot Plans, Runbooks, SWOTs, data visualizations/dashboards, etc.
- Advise Branch Level Operations and Maintenance by creating, reviewing, and verifying processes are implemented per government approval.
- Support Branch Level Business Operations related to financial tasks (e.g., cost modeling) and frameworks (e.g., Technology Business Management) and vendor relationships.
- Apply IT expertise and industry experience to fulfill customer specifications.
- Provide thought leadership regarding ongoing customer plans and future efforts.
- May serve in a quality control role for completed tasks and reviews.
- Manage forward-leaning technical initiatives (e.g., pilots, analysis of alternatives, authority to test) related to data, voice, WiFi, and cloud.
- Ensure critical/high/VIP incidents or service requests are tracked, monitored, and resolved within SLAs and time frames.
- Act as primary technical POC for government Division Level leadership to ensure mission objectives and vision are executed.
- Communicate with Team Leads on upcoming projects, system maintenance, and unplanned events to ensure staff readiness.
- Report and analyze operational/performance metrics to identify service improvement and training initiatives.
- Identify, notify, and address operational/system deficiencies with Government Stakeholders and Program Manager.
- Consult, research, recommend, and implement new data solutions into the enterprise.
- Must be willing and able to learn and retain information; must be able to work independently and in teams.
- Good oral and written communication skills.

Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical DemandsThe majority of the work is performed in an office-type setting with adequate lighting, heating/cooling, ventilation, and protection from the elements. The contractor must be physically able, with reasonable accommodation where appropriate, to conduct on-site investigations of facilities, project sites, and building systems in various climates and locations.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Typical days and hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend hours may be required as needed by business requirements.
Qualifications- Minimum
Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree - Experience:
A minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience (see Essential Functions and Competencies sections). - Certifications:
Required CCIE;
Desired CCNA and CCNP - Security Clearance:
Must be a U.S. citizen. Must possess or be able to obtain/maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance.
Travel is primarily local during the business day, with about 10% out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Telework PolicyAfter 30 days of full-time employment, employees may have the option to work a combination of on-site and remote, depending on workload requirements. Approval from ANG Leaders and the government is required, along with a signed document outlining guidance and rules for telework. Policy may change during employment.
