Technical Architect

Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days onsite per week from Day 1

Detail JD:

• Architecting and implementing cloud-native and hybrid solutions.
• Serve as a technical anchor and architectural lead across Agile teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business goals.
• Facilitate architectural decision‑making during Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Leading technical engagements and translating business requirements into robust architectural designs.
• Define and maintain solution architecture blueprints, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across cloud‑native and hybrid environments
• Lead the evaluation and selection of technology stacks, frameworks, and integration patterns, particularly for microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Provide hands‑on support for critical components, including code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Promoting enterprise integration standards and reusable patterns.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including UX, QA, and business stakeholders, to ensure cohesive and user‑centric solutions.
• Proven software development experience, ideally as a senior developer or technical lead, with a track record of delivering scalable and secure solutions.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS, as well as experience with microservices, APIs, and Dev Sec Ops  practices.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Serve as a technical anchor and architectural lead across Agile teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to define sprint goals, prioritize backlog items, and ensure architectural considerations are embedded in sprint planning.
• Facilitate architectural decision‑making during Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
