Overview

The Applications Support Specialist provides technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications and SharePoint, assists with library and civic education technology systems, and supports help desk staff with application-related issues. This entry-level position reports directly to the IT Support Manager within the Information Technology Office (ITO).

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications and SharePoint.
