• Lead the definition, planning, and delivery of multiple large-scale product and technology projects
• Oversee project operations, including budget management and staffing, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining an updated risk register
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and evaluate customer impact for project decisions
• Execute additional duties as assigned or requested

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Science, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 5 years in Project Management
• Minimum of 5 years delivering business solutions using information technology
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience in conflict resolution
• Technical literacy in system architecture and the ability to discuss system design documents and specifications

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Management Information Science
• Experience in a development role or managing teams with exposure to code and system design
• Proficiency in managing projects utilizing AI and specific cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proven ability to resolve complex cross-team dependencies and architectural challenges
