As an All-Source Analyst on our team, you’ll explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to help your client understand their mission and operational landscape. You’ll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for DoD customers. This is a chance to grow your expertise and develop new skills in strategic all source regional analysis to inform DoD customers and share your met hodologies with other analysts.

As an All-Source Analyst on our team, you’ll:

• Explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources.
• Validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for DoD customers.
• Develop expertise in strategic all-source regional analysis to inform DoD customers and share methodologies with other analysts.
• Grow as a team to deliver the best support to our customers with mentoring and learning opportunities.
• Provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our warfighters and nation’s leaders.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with research and analysis
• Experience with the EUCOM AOR
• Ability to work overnight and weekend shifts
• Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience within intelligence analysis, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience within intelligence analysis

Nice If You Have:

• 4+ years of experience as a strategic all-source intelligence analyst
• Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization
• Experience briefing senior-level defense customers
• Experience with order-of-battle or military capability analysis
• Knowledge of the intelligence cycle
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing, and a willingness to learn
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
