DMI, LLC is seeking a Installation Technician to join us.

• Interfaces directly with customers
• Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at the client and/or field locations
• Instructs customers in equipment operation, provides technical assistance, performs preventative maintenance, and troubleshoots equipment for malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time
• Installs, upgrades, and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change
• Assembles, installs, and configures systems and equipment in accordance with site assessments and schematics

Education and Years of Experience

• Leads other subject matter experts of the IT technology team for specific customers, evaluates design and architecture issues, as well as increases integration of services delivered, and researches current market technologies to design cost‑effective solutions that meet current and foreseeable customer requirements
• New hires must have or complete the required certification (e.g., Security+ or equivalent) within 90 days of their start date.
• Security+ or equivalent is required upon hire for Tier 2, Tier 3, and technical roles.
