Telecommunications SME (Evergreen Requisition)

This is a pipeline requisition. We are not actively hiring for this role at the moment, but we are building a network of telecommunications experts for future opportunities supporting federal infrastructure, emergency communications, and modernization initiatives.

Corner Alliance is a mission-driven government consulting firm that partners with federal agencies to drive change through stakeholder-centered solutions, innovative ideas, and client loyalty. We’re looking to connect with SMEs who bring deep technical knowledge and strategic insight into telecom systems, spectrum management, and network modernization.

• Advising federal clients on telecommunications strategy, architecture, and modernization
• Supporting spectrum policy, emergency communications, and interoperability initiatives
• Evaluating and recommending telecom technologies (e.g., 5G, VoIP, satellite, fiber)
• Developing technical documentation, white papers, and policy recommendations
• Collaborating with engineers, program managers, and federal stakeholders

• Deep expertise in telecommunications systems, infrastructure, and policy
• Experience supporting federal agencies such as DHS, NTIA, DoD, or FCC
• Familiarity with telecom standards, spectrum management, and network security
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Certifications such as CWNE, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, or PMP
• US Citizenship or permanent residency required
• Experience supporting DoD or other cleared federal environments is highly valued; active security clearance is a plus but not required.

Remote (U.S. Based) | Onsite work in the DC-metro area may be required depending on the contract
