Position: Help Desk Lead: Senior Support & 24/7 Team Coach
A leading IT services provider is seeking a Help Desk Specialist I – Lead in Washington, DC. In this role, you will provide first-contact technical support and lead a team of Help Desk Specialists. Your responsibilities include managing ticket queues, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring service quality. Candidates should have 2-4 years of IT support experience, a high school diploma, and preferably an ITIL certification.

A competitive salary between $55,000 and $65,000 is offered, along with a commitment to equal employment opportunity.
