Description:

Think Tek is seeking a Senior SAP Federal Financial Functional Lead to support a DHS program. The selected individual will bring extensive Federal Government accounting expertise and SAP Federal Financial implementation experience, including SAP S/4

HANA modules. The Functional Lead will provide leadership across the full lifecycle of Federal Financial projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all phases.

• Serve as Functional Lead for SAP Federal Financial implementations, including SAP S/4
  
  HANA modules (MM, FI, CO, PS, SD, BW).
• Lead Federal Financial projects with a strong foundation in financials, procurement, contract lifecycle management, and asset management.
• Perform business process analysis and develop financial system solutions tailored to Federal requirements.
• Analyze, validate, reconcile, and cleanse accounting, financial, procurement, and asset data.
• Oversee data ETL and conversion activities.
• Provide expertise in federal financial systems including Oracle, Altimate, and SAP.
• Prepare and deliver project documentation, testing support, and stakeholder briefings.

• Ability to obtain DHS Suitability.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• AGA Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) or Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM).
• 10+ years of experience in Federal Government accounting and financial systems.
• 6+ years of SAP Federal Financial implementation experience, including 2+ years with SAP S/4
  
  HANA modules (MM, FI, CO, PS, SD, BW).
• 5+ years as a Federal Financial project lead.
• 5+ years of Federal financial business process analysis.
• 10+ years of experience with federal financial applications such as Oracle, Altimate, and SAP.
• 5+ years of experience in data ETL and conversions.
