Customer Success Manager – Public SectorWe are looking for a customer‑focused, technically savvy individual to be the trusted advisor for a dedicated portfolio of accounts in the DMV area. As a CSM you will own the post‑sale relationship and drive customer retention and growth.
Typical Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities- Onboard new customers, guiding them through implementation, training, and adoption of our platform.
- Identify and drive strategic value by understanding clients’ business goals and proactively showcasing platform ROI.
- Lead renewals and upsell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team, providing accurate health and usage insights.
- Serve as a product expert, demonstrating solutions and tailoring use‑case presentations.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with technical support and product teams to deliver timely solutions.
- Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Customer‑focused mindset with proven empathy, relationship‑building, and a commitment to success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English required.
- Analytical, strategic thinking, and strong problem‑solving skills.
