Hybrid – Washington, DC. Candidates are required to work on‑site at the client or at the DXC office for 2 days per week.
Role Overview: The People Soft Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering People Soft HCM and/or ERP projects within the Public Sector and complex organizational environments.
Essential Duties- Manage People Soft HCM/ERP projects from initiation through successful deployment
- Apply structured project management methodologies (sequential, iterative, hybrid)
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables
- Hold team members accountable for commitments and milestones
- Coordinate with campus partners, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
- Educate stakeholders on project processes and delivery expectations
- Apply Organizational Change Management practices throughout project execution
- DOD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years managing complex HCM and/or ERP projects.
- Proven success in managing projects in matrixed organizations.
- PMP certification required.
- Strong project planning, execution, and control skills.
- Effective stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must have an active secret clearance
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job‑related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $121,300 - $225,300.
Full‑time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
