• Lead project work streams, balancing technical and functional aspects while ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Act as a hands‑on leader, actively contributing to the development and implementation of AI solutions as needed to meet project objectives.
• Apply structured problem‑solving frameworks to design and execute project plans that align with client goals.
• Build strong relationships with clients, demonstrating executive presence and professionalism.
• Support business development efforts, including proposal creation and sales initiatives.
• Identify client needs and opportunities for A&M, leveraging your network to maintain and grow business relationships.
• Foster an inclusive and engaging team environment that values collaboration and diverse perspectives.

• 8+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and AI/ML models using libraries such as Pandas, Num Py, Sci Kit‑Learn, and PyTorch.
• Proven experience developing Generative AI solutions, including large language model (LLM) applications and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Experience implementing Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, Lang Chain) to build autonomous systems in production settings.
• Proficiency in building APIs and backend applications with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• Experience deploying solutions sitzen on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Ability to translate and present complex technical concepts to C‑suite and executive audiences.
• Prior experience in consulting or a comparable client‑facing role.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.

Salary range: $135,000 - $190,000 annually, plus a discretionary bonus program. Additional benefits include healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life and disability coverage, 401(k) with employer contribution, paid time off, and parental leave.
