• Full-time

• Support the District’s consolidated health and human services eligibility and enrollment, DC Access System (DCAS) implementation project.
• Project manage the application development and implementation of a new architecture for health and human services eligibility and enrollment.
• Work with a complex IBM CURAM and Oracle database solution; involvement with HP Extreme, Informatica ETL and Oracle ESB.
• Collaborate with government staff, ITSA resources, and system integrator teams; work independently and in teams.
• Operate in high-performing, fast-paced environments to meet deadlines monitored by federal funding agencies.
• Coordinate with DHS and partner agencies to align with their priorities.
• Contribute specifically to the DC Access System (DCAS) implementation project.

• Significant technology implementation experience in government.
• Experience with IBM CURAM and Oracle database solutions; familiarity with HP Extreme, Informatica ETL, and Oracle ESB is a plus.
