Responsibilities- Act as the primary system administrator for Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring the platform is configured to support business needs and is operating efficiently
- Maintain overall system integrity, including data accuracy, model structure, and user access
- Experience with user access, security profiles, roles and privileges and work with defined levels and dimensions
- Regularly audit user access to ensure compliance with internal controls and security protocols
- Design, build, and maintain planning models, including dimensions, levels, versions, accounts, and organizational structures
- Configure sheets (standard, modeled, and cube), assumptions, and formulas to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Oversee data imports and exports, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems
- Develop and maintain validation rules and checks to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Monitor system performance and usage metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including backups, updates, and patch management
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (or similar EPM tools)
- Experience with data integration tools and scripting (e.g., SQL, Python)
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes and financial modeling
- Understanding of agile project management methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with ERP systems like Net Suite or Workday Financials
- Familiarity with software development tools and environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
