What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Troubleshoot the root cause of technical issues on various product equipment and identify necessary actions for resolution
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers and departments to ensure effective support through continuous communication
  • Participate in New Product Development (NPD) teams as a service representative and review engineering change notices
  • Communicate service-related documentation, including field bulletins and product updates, to internal and external customers
  • Review current processes involving documentation and work performance related to troubleshooting and diagnosing
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with three (3) or more years of experience in the field or a related area
  • Proven experience in a contact center or hands‑on equipment repair work
  • Strong troubleshooting skills related to manufacturing equipment
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills

    Detail‑oriented with effective problem‑solving capabilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a technical support role within the access equipment industry
  • Familiarity with service documentation and technical communication
  • Background in collaborative training efforts or team coordination
  • Knowledge of current trends and technologies in the access equipment market
