- Troubleshoot the root cause of technical issues on various product equipment and identify necessary actions for resolution
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and departments to ensure effective support through continuous communication
- Participate in New Product Development (NPD) teams as a service representative and review engineering change notices
- Communicate service-related documentation, including field bulletins and product updates, to internal and external customers
- Review current processes involving documentation and work performance related to troubleshooting and diagnosing
- High School Diploma or equivalent with three (3) or more years of experience in the field or a related area
- Proven experience in a contact center or hands‑on equipment repair work
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to manufacturing equipment
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Detail‑oriented with effective problem‑solving capabilities
- Experience in a technical support role within the access equipment industry
- Familiarity with service documentation and technical communication
- Background in collaborative training efforts or team coordination
- Knowledge of current trends and technologies in the access equipment market
